    BEIJING — China said Thursday that North Korea handed over a declaration of its nuclear programs and activities, a milestone immediately followed by Washington saying it will lift some trade sanctions and move to take Pyongyang off its terrorism blacklist.

    Now I wonder of the lobs have the integrity to concede that some of the Presidents international policies actually work.

    I am glad that the Bush administration decided to use diplomacy instead of bombs to move toward resolving this issue. I hope it continues this in other parts of the world, as well, such as Iran.
