So, what should we Pro-lifers do.. since the Party of Death succeeded in destroying everything we worked for?

We need to focus on turning hearts and minds against abortion. Even with unfettered access to abortion, the woman still has the choice to make. If we can reach these mothers, then perhaps the mothers will choose life.

There is a new ultrasound instrument out that shows a three dimensional picture of the unborn child. It was developed in England [I believe]. The abortionists tried to keep it out of this country but were unsuccessful. I have seen sonograms from this instrument. They are unreal. Wider use of this instrument may reduce abortions if the mothers are allowed to see what they are killing.

We should also focus on turning hearts and minds from greed that leads to theft. But in the meantime, we should have laws that protect people from theft.

To focus on hearts and minds does not preclude having laws to protect people. I am increasingly convinced that those who voted for Obama thumbed their nose at God and life, and will have to give an answer for it. The many here who flaunted their ungodliness in such a manner is disturbing. The fact that on a Christian board there are those with such a callous regard for life is truly troubling.

I did not vote for Obama.

That being said, I do not think that Roe v. Wade is ever going to be overturned.

You know that when the Iraqi citizens voted in their first election they had their fingers stained purple to show that they voted. 2 of 3 Americans voted for this baby killer and they knew what they were voting for.

Look at the stain on your hands America and be proud for having elected the first baby killer!:tear:

Somewhere Margaret Sanger is laughing. Not only is the first African-American POTUS but he is unwittingly fulfilling Sanger's goal for racial purity as most abortions are of African-American women. :tear:

==I'm not sure what we pro-lifers have managed to accomplish when I really think about it. Seems to me that its always two steps forward three steps back on this issue. So what can we do? PRAY!!! God is still on His throne and He still rules the universe.

==I am not sure I know what to make of that statement since Obama will not be the first pro-abortion president we have had.

And He still judges nations for the way they treat the most innocent of their society.

Correct me if I am wrong, but he is the only one ever elected that has supported legislation that made it against the law to assist any baby that survives an abortion. That my fellow BB'er is infanticide. :tear:

==I don't know if Clinton held that position or not. Obama is on the far left when it comes to the abortion issue. This is why I posted "The Danger of President Obama" on Nov. 2, 2008. My prayer is that the economy, the wars, and political strategy, prevent him from working to enact his pro-abortion positions.

The only presidents who have been solidly pro-life have been Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush. I don't know if Richard Nixon ever took a position on it for the year and half he was president after Roe v. Wade was decided, Gerald Ford wasn't, Jimmy Carter wasn't(but he did opposed any federal funding for abortions), George H.W. Bush wasn't(though he changed his "stated" position to run in 1988 to keep the social conservatives happy with him), and Bill Clinton wasn't.

Of course, prior to Roe v. Wade it was not a federal issue as each state made its own laws on the issue. Therefore, presidents didn't have to take a position on it.

We have had a solidly pro-life president for less than half of the years since Roe v. Wade was decided.

This is quite an anti-American statement. I never thought I would see you turn into a subversive......

You are absolutely correct. Abortion is nothing more than a wedge issue to ensure that the pro-life movement will come out and vote for the GOP. They have no intention of reversing the decision handed down in Roe v. Wade - never have, never will.

    Regards,
    BiR

    It's called sarcasm, OldRegular......

I must admit: I laughed out loud when I read your comment.
