Please explain how you can increase funding for abortion, yet say that you want to reduce the number of abortions. These don't seem to be compatible ideas.

 

Everyone in the United States doesn't agree that abortion is wrong. It doesn't mean these people are correct, but they still believe in a woman's right to choose. In fact, a large percentage of people believe this. President Obama is the president of all Americans, including those who are pro-choice.

It is possible for a person, perhaps President Obama, to allow those who disagree with religious objections against abortion to choose for themselves, while at the same time personally hoping for a reduction in abortions.

 

So he shouldn't lie about it, should he ? That's what this thread is about. You & others squirming about won't change that.
