According to THIS ARTICLE he did deliver an Easter and Passover message in 2012.

Yep most likely benefited him politically else he would not have bothered as we saw the year before. It is an election year. Fact is if he doesn't bother with it every year we see his sincerity.

 

Just as his Ramadan message, like those of every president since 1996, was designed to garner votes.

He is a politician, not a religionist.

And, the same reason every president marks Christmas, Passover, Ramadan, and so on and so on.

Christians, Jews, and Muslims, or their loose adherents, make up the vast majority of the US voters. It is done for votes, pure and simple.

Yes it was, direct and the point. Fact is Obama is the liar of all liars and stands out as one of the most dishonest men in America.

 

So when President Bush praised Islam he was being genuine? Or was he being a liar as well?

When all else fails in a debate about this president, just call him names. That always closes the debate.

President Obama has so many problems and real issues. Why do we keep going back the same petty issues?

 

If Obama had marked the occasion by ringing a bell, it would be Rama Dama Ding Dong.

 

Bush was an honest man. Obama is not. He has proven it. And Bush did not skip things like Easter. Obama skipped Easter but not Ramadan and has his lackey make his excuses. There is no comparison to be made between Bush and Obama. Obama just plain evil. Bush made his mistakes but they were not made in order to deceive people. Obama can do nothing else.

 

One must ask the obvious question...Why does anyone think it necessary for the holder of a secular office to pay special attention and validate their religion, whatever the religion?

 

This is an easy answer:

Psa_33:12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage!

But then you need to actually believe in the word of God for it to mean anything to you.

 

That was ancient Israel, not the secular government of the USA. We are a diverse people, a government "of the PEOPLE, by the PEOPLE, and for the PEOPLE".

We are NOT a Christian nation, nor even a Judeo-Christian nation. We are a nation of immigrants from all over the world.

My beliefs do not require validation by the President.
