Obama: Marxist and Muslim?

    A number of you have been characterizing Mr. Obama as both Marxist and Muslim.

    How can he be both?

    A Marxist, as defined, views religion as the "opriate of the masses". So, a Marxist certainly wouldn't be a radical Muslim posing as a Christian. A Marxist would never support either a Christian or a Muslim as head-of-state.

    I am interested, how can both these accusations targeted at Mr. Obama stick?

    The same way a Christian claims to believe in evolution. While the two are antithetical world views have an evolutionary characteristic of their own.
