"Applications for waivers from annual limit requirements are reviewed on a case by case basis by Department officials who look at a series of factors including whether or not a premium increase is large or if a significant number of enrollees would lose access to their current plan because the coverage would not be offered in the absence of a waiver."

An admission that the healthscare bill resulted in increased insurance premiums.

An admission that the healthscare bill resulted in employers dropping coverage for their employees.

An admission that Obama and the demoncrats don't care about small businesses.

 

At TWU, they just now automatically switched those with GHI to Blue Cross, and those who were on HIP went to United Healthcare.

Not sure what that was about, but it must have been part of the deal somehow.
