Someones view of homosexuality and abortion should disqualify them of being President in the eyes of blood bought Christians. Sad it doesn't.

to a christian it should matter, but as we've seen, animals are more important to some christians, and some beleive christianity isn't a part of all areas of their lives, only the parts they chose, they can withhold areas of their lives from God they chose too. I haven't seen that in the bible.

Don't get me wrong, but maybe I am missing something here. Did Air Force One fly dangerously low? I'm not sure I understand the whole situation on this. On the news, it was said that there were numerous 911 calls patched through. I also saw pictures of the plane flying near the Statue of Liberty & where the World Trade Center used to stand. Is it restricted airspace?

I could understand if he was flying at a low altitude or was in restricted airspace. I'm not sure I understand what the fuss is about the flyover. I haven't formed an opinion on this one, because I don't know much about it. Maybe someone can explain it to me.

from all that I can find online, flying over New York city is restricted.
what was on the news, and in the video they showed, the plane flew through the city, around buildings, a few witnesses, said they flew at buildings and veered off.

Here was a photo op from Bush years though I doubt Bush knew it took place. The planes are the responsibility of the Airforce Command and not the White House.

It is sad one I have wondered just how many true Christians there really are since November, I have come to the conclusion very very few. A remnant is all I sadly surmise

You are so right, but his administration tends to follow the same logic as the POTUS. I have noticed a whole lot more stupid going on than ever before.

So if NY is restricted airspace, when are we going to see someone arrested, when are we going to see soemone fired for it?

Please remain on topic, which is the Obama photo op NYC buzz.

I find it appalling that he actually made a joke about it at the National Press dinner the other night (blaming it on his daughters going for a joy ride). This is certainly not a subject for poking fun when it scared the people of NYC and cost the taxpayers over 300,000 dollars! Disgusting.

How anyone can support the simulation of a terrorist act on NY city, causing thos epeople to relive their worst nightmare in terror I don't know, maybe if you lived there it might make you feel different.
Not to mention the pure waste of our $$

Not sure I understand how there is any debate on this.

A monumentally stupid decision...and an effective leader takes Truman's motto about the male deer (or is it a dollar bill?), and where it stops, to heart.

Some of the most ridiculous sycophantic behavior I've ever heard has come from people who defend this lapse in judgement. (more on another board than this one...it's mighty hard to defend this decision unless you really do think Obama is the messiah).
