    You could argue he played the race card against Hillary, but he definitely alluded to his race at least once, in his presidential campain.

    Read it again: "Racism is at work in Illinois!" and it is! How do you get "all of Illinois or Chicago" is racist out of that? What's sad is a white person might be the best qualified right now and not be picked because of their race.
