Union and Whistleblower Complaint Documents SEIU Ballot Fraud

Today’s Wall Street Journal and Fresno Bee report that SEIU engaged in illegal threats, ballot-tampering, and other serious violations of election rules during a June union election for 10,000 homecare providers in Fresno, according to voters and union staff who worked for SEIU during the election and have now come forward.

A sworn declaration from an SEIU whistleblower says that senior SEIU officials instructed organizers to violate election rules during the mail-in, secret-ballot vote, and then destroyed evidence of the violations. Statements from two former SEIU staff and several homecare providers were recently submitted to the California Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) as evidence accompanying a request to overturn the election results.

This home care provider situation is messy. In the old days when the majority lived on a farm granny could be put in the corner of the kitchen and there was always someone around. These days the kids each live in a different state and no one wants to care for the old people but a nursing home costs $50k/year minimum - more than keeping prisoners in the slammer.

I got a letter from a local politico who said that over 40% of home care providers are relatives. The choice is paying the relative, paying the nursing home, or dumping granny into an alley? Or anyone over 70 who can't pay their way is put out of their misery?

On the other hand, people who take care of their parents have to pay union dues? Maybe the SEIU should represent them as a public service.

And of course our resident union apologist completely ignores the topic of union thug illegal threats, ballot-tampering, and other serious violations of election rules.

    Of course.

The similarities between the tactics of ACORN and SEIU are striking.

ACORN, as we already know, is a criminal organization. SEIU is fast acquiring a reputation for thuggery, intimidation and election fraud as well.
