I prefer Italian food cold (spagetti, lasagne, pizza). Also, rare beef. My Grandfather would eat steak tartar. Crunching ice is a habit I haven't been able to break since I was pregnant. I think it's called pica, but it's harmless enough. The dogs like it, too!
Also, when we lived in Japan, I would buy little bags of dried shredded fish, which I ate as a snack. I haven't been able to find anything like it anywhere else.
    love,

I like sandwiches of mustard and sugar. Also, cottage cheese covered with brown gravy.

The Dr told my wife (who used ot love crunching ice) that she was craving it because she was low in iron...

He also told us that for some reason when our iron drops we as humans have a desire to crunch on something... ice, hard candy, anything crunchy..

Every since she had an infusion of iron, her ice consumption decreased...

David, here is a link to the 'Little Debbie' snack cakes and cookies (what the British call 'biscuits'):

    http://www.littledebbie.com/products/cakes_brownies.asp

Nearly every American grocer carries them. They're very cheap (about $1.00 U.S. for a box of 6 or 8) and very, VERY sweet. Lots of saturated, fat, trans fat and loads of white refined sugar, sugar, sugar . Children love them, often take them in their lunches to school.

I have been to England twice and I always found the cultural differences in the food fascinating. If you've an American and have never been out of the country, you assume everything is as it is in America, even in an English speaking country such as England.

Talking about barbecue sauce on pizza, back in the 1980's, I once had a pizza at the Pizza Hut chain which had barbecued beef, barbecue sauce and white cheese of some kind. No tomato sauce or typical American-Italian pizza toppings. I liked it.

As for myself, I do like fried grits topped with butter and syrup.

Oh, for me... i am not weird like you all...

Unless you count eating all the chocolate off the outside of a little Debby swiss roll...before I eat the rest... then I unroll it to get to the cream filled center....

Oh, and i like warm soda also... sometimes..

And I eat Chocolate milk with a spoon...

apples with a spoon... just scoop it out.

    But you all are wierd!

I agree with everything, although I've never tried butter on ramen (I do put corn in it). Sounds good though!

I've never heard of squid on pizza. It doesn't sound very appealing to me, although I like fried calamari.

I love butter on Ramen. My wife and I also cook Ramen with broccoli (very good). Sometimes I will cut up hot dogs and cook them with the Ramen.

I do enjoy BBQ chicken pizza from Papa John's (a local pizza chain).

I also like BBQ sauce with french fries, hamburgers, and breakfast sandwiches (such as the Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel from McDonalds)

Well, I had severe anemia as a child, and a slight case while I was pregnant. Maybe I'll start taking an iron supplement, see what happens...other than that, I feel fine, not tired or anything, and I really do like the ice!

    love,

I have always heard of these... never tried them. I think that will (or may be depending on if I like it) be my lunch.

I like the BBQ pizza from Papa John's too. I guess the weirdest thing I have about food is that I either like it really cold or really hot. Nothing in between.

I also like to dip my toast in my oatmeal and eat it that way. Has anyone ever tried a Spaghetti Sauce Sandiwch.

I make my sauce with meat. If we have more sauce than noodle left I make a Sandwich out of it. It is good. Hot, Of course.

I also like to mix OJ, sprite and tropical punch for the quick party punch flavor every once in a while. Cold....Of course.

That there is the equivalent to our "egg salads" here in south central KY. Most I know add a bit of mustard to the mix as well. Very good, quick, sufficient meal.

The cheddar at Arbys is nothing like real cheddar, it is a runny cheese.

Three Musketeers there are a lot like a Milky Way here, which is nothing like a Milky Way there :). Little Debbies are like a swiss roll shaped sponge filled with fake cream. Klondike's are something like a Magnum ice cream.

I prefer foods cold in general, for some odd reason.

Speaking of spaghetti, I prefer the noodles and sauce separate. I salt the noodles and eat them mostly by themselves.

My daughter has raved and raved about "Magnum Doubles" since she had them in Slovakia and Germany when she was there on missions trips.

Having been born in Africa, I have eaten chocolate covered ants. I have had rattlesnake, and on one occasion had a fine plate of elephant trunk.
