Without looking it up!
Who was king after Solomon?
None of the above.
Ha, that's what I thought Padre!
We were giving standardized tests to our homeschooling highschoolers today and that was one of the questions on the Bible test. (very similar anyhow) Only there wans't a None of These answer. 4 choices these two and two names from the NT lol.
Honestly, if a secular organization is going to produce a "Bible" test they need to get someone who knows the Bible to write the test!
And Solomon slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of David his father: and Rehoboam his son reigned in his stead.
1 Kings 11:43 KJV
Can I get a gold star or a bucket of fried chicken for getting the right answer?
Didn't most of the tribes refused Rehoboam, and Jeroboam become their king after Solomon?
Earlier in the chapter:
And the Kingdom divided. I Kings 12
yeah, but Rehoboam still ruled before Jeroboam. Facts are facts.
