OK, so you don't buy the Holy Grail theory. Well, what about the Hollow Earth?

Oh, does that explain the echoes the seismic people get when the think in their misguided heads they are mapping out the solid crust vs the liquid core and the solid inner core of the earth, based on how the vibrations from earthquakes bounce around down there?

I thought we are on a giant star faring turtle and on her back are 4 elephants holding the world steady...

The giant turtle is swimming to her mate called "Harry" and we are dead scared of what is gonna happen when these turtles get together

PS so are the elephants..... :D

Yeah, but can't it be both flat & hollow, kinda like a disk (can't think of any hollow disks as an example)?

    Briony-Gloriana,

Since Mohorovicic discovered a dramatic increase in compressional seismic velocity at a depth of 54 km beneath the Kulpa Valley in Croatia, the “Moho” has become arguably the most important seismological horizon in the Earth owing to its role as defining the crust-mantle boundary. It is now known to be a ubiquitous feature of Earth, being found beneath both the continents and the oceans, and is commonly assumed to separate lower-crustal mafic rocks from upper-mantle ultramafic rocks.

IF the earth were hollow (or IF it were flat) we would know electronically. But if there is a CONSPIRACY and all this scientific information is really false DISinformation, then who's to say?

I couldn't have said it any better than the Flata Earth Society. I think I've discovered some evidence of the flat, five-sided earth the society espouses, but, of course, I dare not post it here for concerns of my own safety.

I actually like the concept of the sun sinking into the sea myself at night fall, and also the very beautiful and humanistic myth and legends of different cultures....

And.... to sail beyond the sunset into the West, beyond the..... I cannot recall the poem but it is so romantic a concept and of course it would be a three masted baque.....

By gummie bears Dr Bob that was an utterance and a half.... and rsr well you beat Dr Bob in word fencing I reckon, and really is there any higher praise than that.

    Try this:

"My cat! I don't know what to do. I was sitting in front of the computer and suddenly I heard a vile percussion behind me. Lo and behold, the cat had enspherized a prodigous volume of follicular matter and returned it to me, violently, as a present."

Thanks. But I see you also can get it in pill form, in which case it would be encapsulized, formically speaking.
