This is devastating. If you haven't read the news, please do and pray for everyone. The worst is the school. Those poor babies. They haven't even gotten all those baby's bodies out yet and it's getting dark. Idiots started looting, they had to call in people to help stop it. Sickening.

A friend of mine has a non-profit national recovery team and he had to figure out just where to go. He posted 4 hours ago that they were 30 minutes from Moore. He said "no words". I'm so grateful he's going to be there to help. They need all the help they can get and Tad has some big equipment that will really be able to assist in the recovery work there. :(

His team is called First Response Team of America if you want to look it up.

My prayers are with everyone there. It's just unfathomable!

I'm glad he's here annsni. Looks like more groups to help will be going to that area.

It's heartbreaking. The sun is down and the bodies aren't all recovered yet.

Newest storms aren't too far from that area right now, last thing needed right now. Looks like it might *just* miss that area.

I just checked Facebook and these are the two posts since he got there:

"Police escorts brought us and our gear to the collapsed school. Setting up light towers and plasma cutter now to look for children"

"We can't see the news but from what we can tell the destruction just goes on and on. We're heading into what used to be neighborhoods looking for people in the rubble using our night vision and thermal imaging cameras. The smells and sights are hard to comprehend. How did this happen in a few short minutes"

    Absolutely breathtaking.

Hoping it quits raining for them. Daughter and her boyfriend went out to help at one of the centers.
