What is the darkness people live in?

Let's say prior to Capt. Cook there was an island in the Pacific and there lived a man. Let's say that man's ancestors had lived on that island for 3000 years and he had a little knowledge of them through handed down stories.

What does this man know? He knows that for 3000 years there have been people, born and people dying. What is he in the dark about?

Does it matter whether he knows why people die? What does he need to know? What will give him hope?

but has been made manifest now by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who has annulled death, and brought to light life and incorruptibility by the glad tidings; 2 Tim 1:10

unto whom now I send thee, To open their eyes, to turn from darkness to light, and the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. Acts 26:18

    Then.

And when there had been much dispute, Peter rose up and said to them: “Men and brethren, you know that a good while ago God chose among us, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel and believe. “So God, who knows the heart, acknowledged them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He did to us, “and made no distinction between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.
“Simon has declared how God at the first visited the Gentiles to take out of them a people for His name. Acts 15:7,8,9,14

Now let's say there were 99 friends and family standing there with this man.

Is God dividing them up and sending them to heaven and hell?

the bible teaches us that ALL are sinners, God holds them accountable for those sins, but that God has provided in the Cross of Christ salvation for those God intended to get saved by Jesus act, and those will be given the message in some way or another, as they MUT hear the message abd respond to get saved!

Pauline theology is built upon the very foundation of ALL who been physically birthed are found by God to be in Adam, contrasting them with all who have been made spiritually alive in Christ!

Adam represented all sinners before God, Jesus all the saints, as God reckoned to each group what they did before God!

Your viewpoints undercut paul, and render the message of the Cross to being "God loves all sinners, and all sinners have benn renciled back to God, so please no witnessing/preaching, as they might refuse Jesus , and lose that reconciliation!"

I agree, that would be your theories, and meeting reality about what the scriptures actually teach us!

So Winman, you reckon BB non-Cals are going to embrace you as their 'poster boy'? You certainly make one fine impression yourself.

At least I post something entertaining and not some inane, senseless (not to mention illiterate) Calvinist cliches that prove nothing.

Most of the Calvinists here can barely write their own name, and you guys think you are the intellectuals? That's a laugh.

Winman, your constant immaturity, hatefulness and constant misrepresentation have been on display here on the BB for years.

Are Calvinists here holding to heresy, and most of us not saved then?

You have kept stating over and over if ones holds to definite atonement, we kid ourselves, not even saved then?

He has said over and over that we hold to a different Gospel --with no mod stepping forward to restrain him.
