Was listening to a CBC radio show yesterday. The host made the comment that one could tell a lot about a person by the condition of a public restroom after he/she has used it. At first, I did not think much of it but now believe that to some extent he was right. I started to think about other often-overlooked indicators to a person's character or ethic. A few that I have thought: 1. A person's treatment of animals, especially his/her pets or livestock. I have long thought this. 2. The condition of the restaurant table after dining. Is it needlessly trashed, creating more unnecessary work for the staff? 3. Consistent punctuality. (Employers will appreciate this one.) Any thoughts or additions?
