Recently read an article citing a recent poll that casts doubt on a second term for you know who. http://www.quinnipiac.edu/x1295.xml?ReleaseID=1538

I know its premature, but in the event you know who does not get re-elected what will be his next gig?

    This would seem realistic.

I know the poll options are a little bit sarcastic, I mean it would be hard for him to dance or cook via teleprompter. And he is so well suited/qualified for POTUS/leader of the free world it is hard to imagine him doing anything else.:tongue3:

But in all seriousness, this is a legit question. What are some realistic possibilities? After winning the Nobel Peace Prize and saving us from the brink of economic collapse, what will be his next great accomplishment?

The U.N would never consider a former American president for secretary general unless he had shown a propensity for working against the interests of the United States.

Obama fits the bill, so you may be on to something.

At 2 years out, you'd think we'd be hearing more about both the GOP and Dems' potential candidates....

Don't forget Oxford offered President Clinton the chancellorship after his term. I'd imagine that President Obama will have many offers for private organizations.

At this point he should be mindful of his options since it is highly unlikely he'll get past the voters next election.

Interesting remarks from our honorable Secretary of State over the past several weeks though. I don't suspect a challenge but she's definitely positioning herself wisely right now.
