    One terrorist down, more to go!


    The 10-feet tall male elephant had been terrorising villagers in Assam state for the past two years, destroying hundreds of homes and trampling scores of people -- prompting locals to name him after the elusive al Qaeda leader.

    maybe it was really bin laden and he found someway to change into an elephant? He has eluded us somehow.:)

    Two of the paragraphs I enjoyed. One stated they shot the elephant when he was identified by people in the village:

    "Yep, that's the one, the big grey fella with the large nose and ears..."

    The other was when some were claiming a look a like had been shot... does this not come down to the evocative topic of profiling?
