"Jesus Christ was recruited to the internet phenomenon MySpace yesterday with an allegedly humorous online page advertising his love of beards, extreme water-skiing and the Monty Python film Life of Brian.

He has been sent into cyberspace as part of an advertising crusade that also features an image of his face on the side of a beer glass."

Personally, I hate this kind of stuff, IMO it descredits the message and demeans the Saviour. I know its supposed to be funny, but I think of it as "jesting which is not convenient", nor, is it IMO effective.

[IMG] The web site states, "He has been sent into cyberspace as part of an advertising crusade that also features an image of his face on the side of a beer glass. Thousands of posters showing the face of Jesus in beer foam will be accompanied by the question: 'Where will you find him?' "

The Catholic Enquiry Office said Jesus also used "many different tools" to communicate his message.

First of all you passed an inferred judgment in your post when you sais "we should be more open minded", the inference being that the comments from previous posters evidenced closed minds, and secondly where in the Bible do we read "only one should judge"?

I wonder how many muslims will protest the defamation of their Prophet Jesus?

It is funny how they always over look that. And it is sad that they overlook His being the only way out of damnation.
