    Problem: Perry isn't Reagan. Obama isn't Gorbachev. Perry's still right.

    Obama's not. He decided to speed up deportations, but to do so, he's shifting enforcement focus from the interior to the border. No reason he couldn't do both. But he's trying not to upset his agenda by being effective in both areas at once, or there wouldn't be millions of new Democrat voters in 2016.

    Md term congressional elections coming up. The demo-libs will play up for the compassion vote. They do NOT want to lose the Senate. BHO is pandering to Latinos hoping that they'll forget he deported more illegals than Dubbya did. All calculated political moves.
