I cannot send or receive any emails. I cannot even see the ones that are already in my inbox!

The top of the screen is brown and the bottom is white.

Could I possibly be out of memory?

I cannot remember where I go to find out. :BangHead:

    Not to worry!
These things happen as you get older.

A little warm milk with tea should help.

We'll settle you down in a quiet corner for a nice rest.

    Hi IAB,
What email do you use? I use yahoo and there is no limit. A friend of my had the same problem that you describe and I got her to change to yahoo and she has had no more problems. Her other email( I don't remember what she used) stored her emails on her computer, taking up her computer space.
Maybe you have reached your email limit. If that's the case it seems that they would send you a notice. MSN, hotmail and some others have a bar that shows where you are with the limit. The bar is on the opening email page; the page right after log on.

    More info would help.

As has been asked what email program do you use?

What operating system do you use?

By the screen being two different colors do you mean the whole screen or just the email program?

Have you tried to empty the deleted items folder?

Anything else that you think might relate to the problem.

If you are using windows, go to start/programs/accessories/system tools/system information and on the first screen will tell you your installed and free memory. Do it with your email program open and malfunctioning.
