Overnite Facilities Needed!

    Mods...hope this is OK to post.

    I'm taking a group of 45 high-school students on a mission trip to Canada next month.

    Originally, we planned to stay in a hotel one night up, and one night back.

    Because of the cost of fuel, I'm trying to conserve where I can.

    Is there anyone who has a church facility (such as a family life center)-- anywhere within 2 hours of Cleveland, Ohio--who could accomodate 55 folks (VERY well chaperoned...these are my "all star" high-school kids and my adult ratio is 4.5 to 1) for a few hours of sleep on Sunday night, July 15? We'd do the sleeping bags on the floor thing...as long as we could have separate places for the guys and girls (nearly the same number of each)

    I could offset any expenses you would have. We would arrive after church (8 p.m. or so, we could be flexible) and we'd leave early on Monday morning (6 a.m.)

    I know of a couple of churches that may be able to help.

    One is in Columbus and the other in Troy.
    Let me know if you find out anything, I cold perhaps get you in touch with them.
