    hey everyone! how's doin' for everyone todee? just wanted to start a topic on something that i don't really here many people talk about. paintball. personally i love the sport because it's fun, you get to hide and stuff and shoot people. not that shooting people is good, not saying that at all, but the joy of shooting paint at stuff. it's hard to explain it so as not to say that i love to hurt people, i don't, but the game is fun. i have my own equipment and stuff and i was wonderin' if any of you go paintballing or has been or want to go. anybody living in the lowermainland, B.C., Canada, i'm glad to get tagetha with y'all and have fun paintballin'. well, just wanted to say hi to you all here on the board. i shall be back later and fellowship.     Hi,

    I never saw the appeal of paintball since you actually get hurt and stuff. But I always have had a soft spot for laser tag. Unfortunately, the only facility in our city for that closed down quite awhile ago, but t'was fun while it lasted.

    Well, seems to be lots of fun if you are careful! [​IMG] But, take heed, my little cousin, who is 17 now, a couple years ago got shot directly in the eye after the game was over and everyone was taking off thier goggles. He now is mostly blind in that eye, and will never be able to do what he always wanted to, fly for a living. Just BE CAREFUL! [​IMG]

    Some of the guys at my church have gotton together and played before, and then come back to the service with bruises that look pretty painfull.
    Don't think I'd enjoy that too much. Can't say as I'd like to feel the sting of the paint, or have bruises all over. Actualy, anything were I have to run I wouldn't like. I'm so uncordinated that half the time I'm falling. (LOL, for me it's pretty good to get through a week were I havn't fell on stairs, or triped over my feet!)
    I'm sure as I landed flat on my face, I'd be the perfect target for everyone else playing!
    But hey, if ya'll like it, have at it!

    My youth group had a paint balling day and it was awesome. I only got hit 3 times. First in the leg, then on my hand, then in the arm. But we had the face equipment. So thankfully no face/any injuries. Well, we'll probably paint ball again sometime.

    Anyway have fun!!!

    Our church has a back 40, and the guys get together to play paintball.

    Yeah, paintball is awesome!!! Where else could I get to shoot my wife twice, not go to prison, and still get to keep her around? Oh, and incidentally, I happen to love my wife very, very much...we just like to "get" each other when the opportunity arises.
