Looks like both Obama and the RCC are in a world of hurt - in 2013.

The catholic vote on the U.S Supreme court - is in majority.

Had they all stood firm on the issue of gay marriage - what a difference they could have made.

    in Christ,

The money thing is interesting. Vatican City is an independent sate, so why are Italian authorities investigating the Vatican Bank?

The real question: What is the Vatican doing in the banking business?

"The love of money is the root of all evil."

    Even so, come Lord Jesus.

Isn't it obvious that Catholicism is the whore of Babylon? If you look at all the symbolism in Catholocism, it is basically Baal worship. In St. Peter's square in Vatican City stands an ACTUAL Ashera pole Obelisk taken from Egypt. It was erected in Egypt for the purpose of worshiping Ashera (the female deity opposite Baal). It now stands at the center of St. Peter's Square in the middle of the symbol for Baal (the circle with the crosshairs) which stands in the middle of a Pagan Yule Wheel used by witches and Wiccans.

Catholocism has kept all the idols and pagan symbols they had when Rome was the center and seat of the Babylonian mystery religion (worship of Satan - the king of Tyre). They changed all the gods into saints, and continued to worship them. Rather than worshipping Ashera in the mother-child cults, they just converted that into Mary and Jesus (which is why they worship Mary when this is completely against scripture).

The church is supposed to be the Bride of Christ. But the Catholic church is so polluted with paganism and pagan traditions (such as Lent, for example) that she is almost certainly the "whore" spoken of in Revelation.

If you guys havn't done so already, you should head over to YouTube and watch the series "Know your enemy" by TheFuelProject. If you want to view just the part on Catholicism, skip to part 23, 24, 25. Each part is anywhere from 2 to 12 minutes.

Jesus said that narrow was the way, and few there be that find it. Christianity makes up the largest religious group on earth. But take out the Catholics, and you remove about 1/4 of those.

Rom 11:4 But what is the divine response to him? “I HAVE KEPT for Myself SEVEN THOUSAND MEN WHO HAVE NOT BOWED THE KNEE TO BAAL.”
5 In the same way then, there has also come to be at the present time a remnant according to God’s gracious choice.

As a boy, in Pennsylvania I would go to Catholic services each Sunday and was free to choose the RC church I wanted to go to...so I went mostly to the Italian church of my mothers family...but to give some spice to life went to the Polish, Irish and Slovak / Slovanic churches as well. The Slovanic chants were quite interesting to me...almost mesmerizing.

Well when I went back home last week I noticed real estate for sale signs up on every church but the Italian Catholic church...they have a consolidation initiative going on.

    DHK posted this --

    Quote:
VATICAN CITY (AP) — In private remarks to the leadership of a key Latin American church group, Pope Francis lamented that a "gay lobby" was at work at the Vatican.
It was an apparent reference to allegations in the Italian media that blackmail was taking place within the Vatican against high-ranking prelates who are gay.

Maybe a bit of house cleaning in the Vatican will result in "more clarity" among Catholic US Supreme Court judges about what they should be doing.
