   Question: If a Pastor is serious and not very friendly attitude towards His staff BUT is really nice and smiles to member come Sunday morning does that seem hipicrtitcal or is that just the way it is with a staff and needs to be different?

   Kind of hard to say without being there. Maybe the pastor is wrong. Maybe the staff is not doing their job properly and he should be stern with them.
