I win not vote in this poll for the same reason I didn't and won't vote in the "let's bash the democrats" poll.

I don't believe this is construstive, and Christian.

Many people know my opinions of Bush as President, I don't agree with him, and don't like him as President, but I don't Hate him either.

Hate is such a harsh word, one that I don't think any Christian could honestly use. But, in these forums, I have seen many many people say they HATE this democrat or HATE that Republican.

I don't think Jesus wants us to HATE anyone. He didn't HATE Caesar. He didn't HATE Judas Iscariot, so why should we participate in this kind of poll/Witch Hunt?

Share with me, one Christianly constructive reason for this poll please.

Actually your response to posts on another thread prompted this poll. Sadly you seem not to understand that killing an unborn child or homosexual perversion is worse than telling a lie or cheating. I suspect that a lot of Christians use the same rationale to justify the practice of homosexuality or murdering unborn children. Again, I am not talking about sin and God, I am talking about the affects on society.

If I thought this were true, and quite honestly, it doesn't matter to me, I would wonder why you didn't put in a Poll about Abortion and Homesexual and the degrees of sin.

Instead, you have tied it to hating Bush, or not. Since I dislike Bush, but don't Hate him, it's not a constructive poll to me.

Secondly, you are correct in that I do believe that SIN will prevent me or anyone from seeing the Kingdom of Heaven, and it doesn't matter what the Sin is, if you don't repent and stop doing it, it will KILL you. So in that aspect, you are correct, to me ALL SIN IS BAD. Period.

Did I EVER say that Homosexual or Abortion was right or OK? Please quote me where I said that. Where did I "justify" them?

And you can't talk about affects on a society without talking about Sin and God. Sin and God is what matters, the affects on society is something that follows. A Sinful society will become more unGodly, a Repenting soceity will become stronger in Christ. If people would stand up and say that ALL sin is bad, and then preach and teach that, then society would change. You can't disregard some sin and not others.

You are, my friend, not tring to find the truth, but only "stir to pot" as they say. If not, you would have put up a Poll about SIN, or the degrees of Sin, or about Homosexual and Abortion, and would not have tied it to Bush. Bush is not sinless, and not my way to salvation, he is human, he makes mistakes, and he will answer just like the rest of us. Me liking or disliking Bush won't get me any closer, or further from Heaven. My salvation has nothing to do with Bush. If you wanted a real Poll, you would have posted one, NOT attached to Bush.

Again, I ask you, name one Christianly Constuctive thing about this poll.

I don't believe that sin will send you to heaven. While, I do believe that rejecting Christ will. Once you become a Christian, sin is blotted out by the blood. I think it would be bad testimony to be in sin, but it wouldn't change the fact that you're going to heaven.

Do you concede that the practice of homosexuality and the murder of unborn children are sins?

By the way the title of the poll is POLITICAL VIEWPOINTS.

Uhm.. I have answer both of these questions, but since you seem to only want to stir the pot and not read and respond, ie: discuss an issue, I am not answering again.

Also, I do see the title is Political Viewpoints, which is why I posted my response in the 4th post in this thread, however, you were the one that brought in the real reason you created this poll, so I responded to that.

I see you are not wanting to discuss an issue, you are only wanting to state your case and run, since you haven't answered any of the questions I put forth in this topic or the other one that as you put it "started this Poll"

So unless you post something usefull, I will not respond. I have answered both your questions, and haven't gotten anything back from you but more hogwash.. So continue to stir, I won't be a part of it anymore.

The first question in this poll shows that it isn't about debating any issues. It's a declaration of me good cuz I agree with Bush and you bad cuz you don't. Like I said. Bunkum!

In spite of the efforts of the radical left we still have the right to express our opinion. You have exercized that right though your conclusions are faulty. :D

Hey OldRegular, looks like you hit some sore spots. Bush bashers refuse to admit that in favoring the Democrats, they are, at least indirectoly, supporting abortion and homsexuali8ty.

Hey, thanks for the reminder... Since this is in the Politics forum, the quicker we get to page 10, the quicker this ends..

So I will retract my statement and will continue to show you my points. [IMG]

It's quite obvious OR, that in some people's minds on this forum that to disagree with Bush is akin to treason. See, propaganda does really work! Especially when the "liberal media" that just happens to be owned and controlled mostly by "conservatives" blast it W2W24/7. [IMG]

Bunkum! </font>[/QUOTE]Point well said.. Like I said in the beginning, being the fact that I do or don't like Bush, serves no purpose in this Poll.

OldRegular seems to think that everyone that Hates Bush likes abortion and homosexuality. Even to the point to conbining them in a poll..

Is this to imply that ALL Republicans are against Abortion and Homosexuality?
