So, do ye that voted AV1611 use the "real" 1611 with original spelling and apocrapha? Or do ye use the 1769 revision without apocrapha?

    Other.
Normally I use a 17th century version and five 20th century versions and that's before I even bother to break out the foreign language Bibles.
And when I do that why bother with the English versions?
I tried the English AV a short while ago for a month. To be honest I truly don't understand why outside of purely historical reasons most of the BB is so googly eyed over that translation.
I had more fun reading an English translation of the Vulgate and learned more reading the French Jerusalem Bible.

I would say KJV preferred and still looking at others. Ruled out Vulgate and NIV, and NLT (except for young children learning to read). That is about all that it is good for.

I could not answer to any of Dr. Bob's options, I am not an "Only" of either, nor could I say "all of the above, it would be untruthfull, since I have not read all of them. I use the KJV, NKJV and the NIV.

Talk about Doc all you want to. The bottom line is nobody has or ever will win a debate with him. He knows more about the bible than any three people put together. I don't think I have posted since I had the chance to spend three days with Dr.Ruckman in October 2002. He is the most amazing person I have ever met.You can ask him any bibical question and in 20 seconds or less he will give you the verses to answer your question. He is as one pastor said "a walking bible".

All of his wives would agree, Kevo. But not all of us.

Are "all of his wives" presently his wives (polygamy), or has he been divorced?

I am a Ruckmanite, but I also have a sense of humor. I had to laugh at your response Dr. Bob.

He is married only to one woman. He is divorced from the other two women. And according to 1Cor.7:27-28,"thou hast not sinned."
