Most people heading to employment at a firm would want to know the entire "salary package" and benefits. In the pastorate, this often includes a base salary + parsonage + utilities + conferences + retirement/fica + health + ??

A school teacher with an MA and 10 years experience out here in Wyoming makes $43,000 (salary + retirement + health) for 185 day contract. Not bad. Where do YOU fit in?
