The recent claims of racism and many other false claims have now come to light. Whenever you see a report of someone who yells racist remarks or acts in a way that looks to discredit the Tea Party Movement we now know that it is not actual Tea Party Members but opposition who pretends to be one of them and is working to discredit them through this childish behavior.

My WOT [Web of Trust] software that watches web sites says the one you have in your link is a dangerous web site for computers, so I did not open it. That being true I put no credibility in their articles. Why would they have a web site that might damage my computer if they are an upright organization? If you want to protect your computer with this software you can download it free from:

    http://www.mywot.com/

The WOT scans any website you bring up and tells you if it has an excellent, an unsatisfactory or a poor reputation.

You should not give links to websites with unsatisfactory or poor reputations and put others computers at risk.

I use AVG and it gives it a green check. AVG is widely used even by computer experts and therefore both the site and its content are safe and credible. And by the way they are not an upright organization. They are working to act as Tea Party members and portray themselves as "racists: and "homophobes" in order to make people think the Tea Party is these things.

Before you start pontificating on someone giving out a link to a website that might put your computer at risk, learn what your tool does and how it determines its ratings. Your WOT tool does not scan the web site in question and determine if it is a safe site to visit. It determines its rating based upon user input, pure and simple. You can see why the web site has a rating by inputing the URL on the mywot.com site. The results for crashtheteaparty.org are here:

    http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/crashtheteaparty.org

As you can see, the it was rated by one person as having "adult" content. The comment left with this rating was:

Another person rating it as being a "Phishing or other scams" site and left the comment:

Several people rated it as being "Hateful, violent or illegal content" with comments like:

So, as you can see, nothing indicates that the web site might "put others computers at risk" or be a "dangerous web site for computers" as you indicate. If you are going to utilize a tool and then use it to chastise other people for posting a link, at least learn how your tool works.

An apology to RevMitchell would be appropriate at this time.

Really nothing new as this has been done since way before the Tea Party movement. What better way to discredit a movement than making them look to be something they are not.

    Some other more newsworthy sources...

    http://www.newser.com/story/85969/tea-party-foes-plan-to-infiltrate-rallies.html

How about the Washington Post: http://voices.washingtonpost.com/right-now/2010/04/freedomworks_well_film_shenani.html

    Or what about this one....
    http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/...r-plans-to-destroy-the-tea-party-movement.php

Me thinks the tea party enemies have flipped their common-sense...

This is just what the tea party people want.. someone to blame bad behavior on.

And for the record, I stand with the tea party.
But I am not naive enough to believe there are not some kooks, and racists within the tea party...
Just as there are kooks and racists that support the liberal agenda.

Crabby would rather discuss website security rather than the truth.

He has yet to cash in on Andrew Brietbart's $100,000 reward. Brietbart offered $100K to anyone who could show evidence of the "racial slurs" and such that supposedly were hurled at the black congressmen several days back. Of course, Crabby echoed the left's whining about it...but no proof from him (or anyone else, for that matter).

Come on, CTB: Claim yer money. Put up the evidence, and become rich. Then, you could buy all the web security software you wanted.

In fact Crabby claims to have seen a video that is evidence of the racial slurs. I've offered to take care of the details for him and contribute the money to charity but have yet to see proof of this video.

Really? Where is the very valuable video? Probably the same place where the video of the Republicans who intimidated voters during the Bush election.

It is a shame that there are unethical people on both the far left and the far right. I am disgusted with both ends of the political spectrum.
