Pope says science too narrow to explain creation

    Yeah, if you can't depend on "faith alone" for salvation, why depend on it to explain biblical events? :rolleyes:

    Evolution is so not compatable with scripture. God did not create a being he hoped one day would become human. He created man in his image.

    But the RCC has blown it on so many many issues regarding faith & salvation, why should we be suprised ?

    Are you saying you don't have faith in the biblical account of creation as found in Genesis?

    I'm saying that I am not certain that the Genesis account is to be taken literally.
