    The establishment of a Palestinian homeland would go far in making the world a less volatile place. Both they and Israel would have to respect one another's existance and borders for it to work.

    This is incorrect. The Palestinians will not have to respect Israel because of this, nor will they.

    Evidently Israeli's disagree with you. But maybe you know more about living next to the Palistinians than they do. :)
