Are you on Windows? I use Apple Keynote which is a PowerPoint compatible program and it has a variety of output options, including Flash.
Others are PDF, Quicktime and a couple of others I think.
If it is a one time thing you could even email me the file and I could convert it for you.

Try using OpenOffice, then open the PowerPoint file in Impress. Then export to flash. Free and it works.

Tim, I exported from Keynote to flash, and it worked but the file was huge...I will have to get back to you on this later. Gotta go to work now

    File > Export
Then use the drop down list for file format in the save dialog box, and select Macromedia Flash swf.
