Praise for VBS salvations!

    My husband and I are co-teaching a VBS class of 6 year olds, and so far this week, six of the tenty-two children have prayed to receive Jesus as their Savior!

    Praise the Lord! We have altogether 500 children attending our VBS this week, please pray that more children will come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ!

    We had VBS 3 weeks ago. We had about 75 kids (K5-6th grade). On Wednesday evening, I presented the plan of salvation to the 3-6 grades - very simple presentation. I asked them to come see me if they thought they wanted (and needed) to be saved. I had 7 kids - 6 girls and 1 boy - pray to receive Christ that night.

    I LOVE VBS! Of all the things we do, it is our number one outreach to the kids in our community.

    We don't have VBS. But we do have Revivals and Mission Conferences!

    Here is a short video on our VBS. My hubby is towards the end, patting the kids on the heads...he was going einie meenie miney moe, lol, to choose who would go first in a particular game!

    We were given the six children who received Christ in our group to follow up with. Carl and I will be visiting them in the next few weeks...prayers would be appreciated for a door to open for the gospel in these families!

    wow, a lot of kids, and pretty well behaved too! Our VBS just finished and we had about 100 every day....altogether, 30 professions of faith were made!
