PRAISE! - We bought a house

    Praise be to God, we closed on a house yesterday.


    We've been looking for about two years now for a house big enough for all 7 of us. Nothing we'd found was big enough, but we kept looking.


    A friend of ours told us about this house, how it had just gone on the market, and how it just might be the right size for all of us.


    We met with the realtor and toured the house. It is exactly what we're looking for. It's a 4-bedroom farmhouse with a large kitchen on 5 acres of land with a barn behind the house.


    We'd been pre-approved for financing so that was no problem.


    Praise be to God - He had the house and we just had to wait on His timing.

    When are you having the FOBB (Friends of Baptist Board) open house.

    Oct 23-24 would be fine for me.

    Mrs Salty and I would like to reserve one queen size bed,
    I need a 0430 wake up call, so I can do my morning PT.

    Breakfast:
    4 egg ham and cheese omelet, pancakes, sausage, orange juice, English muffin. Not sure about Brunch yet... :smilewinkgrin:

    Salty, cut that breakfast a little and you won't have to do PT at 0430.

    FoG, congratulations on the new house. Now get your family moved in and make it a home. May it be a place where love reigns and Jesus Christ is glorified.
