    I just recd one -
    $75 introduction fee
    23.9% APR
    8% service charge for cash advance

    Hmmm - I wonder if they would negotiate?

    I offered
    $0 (zero) introduction fee
    9.9% APR
    3% Service charge for cash advance

    Do you think they will counter-offer?
