While I would say that this information is not new and the validity of it questionable. Did you notice that the article was tied to a website that denies the doctrine of the Trinity. Their homepage link is on the bottom of the page. They deny the Trinity, I would not put too much stock in anything else they say.

To imply that one could loose their salvation is obscene. Also to imply that God does not protect the believer, pre or post rapture pre-mill, tells me that you serve a very small God. You seem to drag and drop your definitions of words and phrases where it fits what you want to believe. You seem to be extra-literal in some passages but in others you are much less literal, such as the case of the strength of the lie of the beast. This is telling us that it is such a powerful lie and told with such sublty that if God had allowed the elect to loose their salvation by following this lie, it would happen. However since the elect of the dispensation of Grace are no long on this earth to even hear this lie, it is not a possibiliy. Those who do recieve Christ before the lie is presented and after the rapture will recieve the protection and discernment of the Holy Spirit so that they are not sucked in to this wickedness.

This is just off the cuff and I will give a more detailed response later when time allows me to be more detailed.

 

Well, i guess then i'll defend the site.
They were trying to give their history of certain
ideas. As with many who have minority ideas,
the history is largely revised to show the
prejudice of the author ...

Anyway, history is not part of the bible,
if that history occured after about 60AD.
(There is some argument that Revelation is
basicly the history of the world through about 72AD).

As for prophecy not fulfilled in the New Testament
writing period, we have to depend upon history
and other non-scriptural sources.

BTW, over in the Versions Forum i argue that
there is more various doctrines come from
people's varian readings of the
King James Version than from variant versions.
The pre-trib, post-trib, mid-trib and pre-wrath
positions all come from the same scripture.

So i guess i'll just pray that the Holy Spirit
will give Bro. SPIRIT AND TRUTH the right message
for him. In fact:

May all God's best blessings fall unto Brother Spirit
and Truth, his family, and his ministry this
very day. Amen.

 

Actually S&T, we all have a ministry who
belong to God.
