Does your church still have a newsletter? Or a bulletin? Or both?

We switching membership this Sunday, so I wasn't sure how to answer the poll.
Old church, has a bulletin on Sunday, and a paper monthly newsletter, but you can also recieve the newsletter by email.
New church, has a daily email, which it appears to me functions as the newsletter. And bulletins on Sunday.

Our weekly church bulletin is fairly extensive. It not only has the Order of Worship for that Sunday, but also includes announcements and a list of scheduled activities for the upcoming week. You can also find check the calendar on the web site.

My church has a weekly bulletin. You can also ask the church office to be placed on their e-mail list for prayer needs and other information.

Both are great reminders for me to pray for my brothers and sisters in my church fellowship as well as missionary needs and other activities.

As we are in a holiday resort, we get visiting Christians from other parts of the UK, and sometimes from abroad. We send out a newsletter twice a year to them, and to other friends of the church. We send printed copies to those who do not have an e-mail address, and a e-mail version to those who can receive it.

We are the same way although we don't print the order of worship in the bulletin. Most everyone who comes knows how it goes: worship, prayer, announcement, offering/special music, little more worship then the message.

The only newsletter that we have is one for our special needs ministry. It has articles from guest writers (I wrote for the next issue), and that sort of thing. It doesn't have info on the day-to-day running of the ministry though.

I think we would be lost without our printed order of worship  . Also, we have a lot of Scripture reading during our services (many times on a responsive basis) and the Scripture verses are always printed in the bulletin (as well as on the screens above). And the Scripture used by the pastor in the sermon is printed as well.

Plus, we often have corporate prayers (sometimes the Lord's prayer, sometimes not) and/or corporate confessions (sometimes the Apostles creed or Nicene creed) & these are listed in the bulletin as well.
