Paul -- like Jesus -- does not "come to annul the Law, but to confirm" it and "to magnify it". It happens exactly in and through the exaltation of Jesus Christ and otherwise, not at all or ever!

I can agree with this. I believe, Correct me if I am wrong. But I believe the law is the righteousness of God revealed to us. The only way we can be counted as fulfilling the law is in Christ who fulfilled it.

Again, my answer to you is 2Cor3:6f; then read 4:4! If we preach 'Law', we (inevitably will) preach ourselves and our own glory.

Verse 6 does not only refer to the creation, but to era in which "God commanded the light to shine out of darkness". "NOW, He has shined [ through the Lord Jesus Christ ] in our hearts the light of the the knowledge of the glory of God IN THE FACE OF JESUS CHRIST".

Some Christians - I do not judge their cincerity - seem to prefer to stick to the former ways of God's dealings with men. Their Sabbath-doctrine is the best proof of their choice.

Mark the difference: "God COMMANDED the light to shine"; "GOD, hath SHINED in our hearts the light" - no intermediate commandment, but directly, in Person.

Mark the role and the value of the Commandments, in that it would have been impossible so to speak of Christ's glory, if we could not compare it with the Law's. The Law has never lost that divine glory; it still leads us to Christ - He, drawing us to Himself and bringing us to the Father by Himself and in Himself.
