A done deal, alright, but still needing a hundred billion or so to be appropriated to actually "Git 'er done!" However, I think once that the squabbling over the route in southern Indiana, gets finished, and some construction starts along that corridor, and the Great River Bridge, and the I-69 KY/IN bridge at Evansville actually get significantly underway, you will see I-69 from Indianapolis on south, get rolling to completion to Brownsville and/or Laredo. The 'leg' from MacAllen to George West may take a little longer, IMO.
