Pumpkin carving

    Every year, almost without fail someone ruins our family's pumpkins.
    It breaks my heart when I wake up in the morning and find a pumpkin my child made smashed all over the place.
    How can we stop this from happening?
    Has anyone ever displayed their pumpkins in the front window inside? The only thing I'm worried about is our cat eating them or wrecking them.
    Any other ways to keep the teenagers away?

    Don't leave it outside. Just keep them in the house.

    I would just leave them in the house also. The cats shouldn't bother then and if they do I don't think they would destroy them out people are doing outside. Some people just have no respect for other people's property!
