    Does this answer the question?

We believe the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and to convict men of sin, righteousness and of the judgement to come; regenerate the believing sinner; indwell; guide; instruct, empower the believer for godly living and effective service to God

NOT if one is a Christian, as He comes to live in you, and to empower you to be able to live for God as the Bible commands us to strive to do!

He is on outside of sinners, convicting them. reprovong them. amd also enabling the Elect to be able to come to Christ and get saved!

The baptism is more than that, but yes the Spirit dwells when we accept Jesus.

the ONLY baptism mention refers to ALL of us being placed into body of Christ by the HS...

We are ALL indwelt by him, and we can also be filled up by Him, as we so chose to be...

NOT second of grace, more of the HS...

Its up to us to yield to Him, ALL have same measure of Him, does he have all of us?

Thank you and can we say in N.T. the Holy Spirit is with you and in you whereas in O.T. the Spirit of God was with them and not in them. Appreciate your comments.

    welcome to the BB.

    John 14:17
Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

This was spoken to the apostles before acts 2 ...day of Pentecost.

This version of Romans 8:26-28 is revealing

:type:Allow me to share Romans 8:26-28 from the (MSG) Message Bible - "Meanwhile, the moment we get tired in the waiting, God's Spirit is right alongside helping us along. If we don't know how or what to pray, it doesn't matter. He does our praying in and for us, making prayer out of our wordless sighs, our aching groans. He knows us far better than we know ourselves, knows our pregnant [to be fraught with suspense or danger] condition, and keeps us present before God. That's why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good."

I think this answers your question! You need to make up your mind and heart as to what you believe. Man can not do that for you!
