    My mind is drawing a blank today.. I am looking for a verse and can't find it...
    I can't even remember enough of it to do a search in e-sword!
    How lame is that?

    I am looking for the verse that says something like, in everything we do, we should do it for Christ, or unto Christ, or something like that...

    Please help.:wavey:

    I like that...
    My sermon this week has to do with loving people you don't feel like loving. homosexuals, murderers, your next door neighbor that hates you, the gossip in the pew that smiles while shaking your hand, but stabs you in the back the next day, etc.


    We are called to love them, and the only way we can do that is to love them through Christ. Love them as if you are loving Christ.
    I knew that verse was in there, I have used it in the past, but my mind was blank...

    Maybe I should put that on my fridge!

    1 Peter 4:10-11 also fits:

    10As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
    11If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
