If I do not make enough money to actually "pay" taxes, should I recieve this check for the poor that is being promised?

It seems to me if I dont pay taxes I should not expect a check.

    Two things:
Have you ever paid taxes? My hunch is 'yes'.

Second, aren't we counting chickens before they hatch, by believing in political promises? (If so, a visit to homesteadingtoday...... the poultry forum, may complete the education of some age-old wisdom. )

With the last check we all recieved, if you did not pay taxes in, you could still file so they had an IRS record for 2007 of your filing and then you'd recieve a check like anyone else. It didn't apparently have anything to do with how much taxes if any paid in.
Not even sure this is addressing your question.
