    Ben Carson has some great ideas and in spite of his willingness to speak out I believe he is far to passive to go through an election process.

    He isn't campaigning. Hasn't even thought about it (allegedly). He's still waiting on a consensus of support, and I think he expects to come from across the board before he's willing to commit to running. These are not really policy positions, as such, but statements he's made in interviews, his books, and guest editorials.
