A mental concept expressed verbally has no more validity than the impact it has on your lifestyle.

What some on this forum regard as "preaching Christ" is merely verbalizing the right Biblical phrases irregardless of right Biblical definition. Like the ETC (Evangelicals Together with Catholic" agreement). They agreed on similar language but opposing meanings.

Moreover, there is a clear distinction, or should be between "spiritual" songs (Eph. 5:19) and "fleshly" music. Some believe you can take music that obviously excites and moves the flesh into sensual expressed bodily gyrations but dress it up with the right lyrics and that makes it a "spiritual" song. Thus they manifest a visible orgy by their body movements and call it worship. Others believe you can take traditional heart moving melodies set to unbiblical lyrics and that is "spiritual" songs. Neither is correct.

Better inform the Oxford dictionary of your new truth then or do you recognize the Oxford dictionary as a reliable source of English words?

Granted, technically speaking "ir" is a redundancy but it is a genuine word and used quite often in 19th century English books.

Not at all. But you know what you say may be correct. These type can usually be more laid back, not as rule centered, an environment where one does not come to church all dressed up, a place where the leaders are more lenient on Bible translations and music, and the like.
