Those who have the mind of Christ can spiritually judge all things, because they have Learned to compare scripture with scripture. 1Cor 2:16-13 with Is 28:9-12

Once we believe in Jesus, we need to come to learn, under His light yoke (of repentant faith) so that we could be instructed and have rest (the holy understanding, see Prov 9:10) for our soul. (Matt 11:28-29 cf. Jer 31:18-19) We are given the knowledge of the glory of God, by the mercy of God through His servants manifesting the truth by the scriptures. (2Cor 4:6,1-2) This is the form of teaching which causes obedience from the heart so that we would no longer serve sin. (Rom 6:17 with Titus 2:12) Because ALL scripture is given unto us for our instruction in righteousness, we can be perfected to go on to do good and merciful works (2Tim 3:16-17) ; that ministers grace through the good communication which edifies those who hear. (Eph 4:29, Rom 15:2) These are the servants who labor among us (in the word) who should be highly esteemed because of this loving work. This is how we live in peace. (5:12-13)

Has the Lord blessed you by sending a beautiful footed preacher to bring you the glad tidings of good things? (Rom 10:15, Is 52:7, Nah 1:15) Then you are able to call upon the Lord to deliver you from the power of sin, so that you can become holy and have [the assurance of] salvation (Joel 2:32, Obad 1:17, Ps 145:18,Rom 10:14-13); because you now believe from your heart you can become righteous and loving AFTER Christ frees you from being in bondage to sin you can patiently wait through the Spirit, for the righteous and loving ability. (Rom10:10, Gal 5:1 & 5:5-6 & 13) If you are being hindered from obeying this truth, you are in the leavened church (Gal 5:7 & 9); leaven, meaning being taught false doctrine. (Matt 16:11-12) Anyone who does not teach (or bring) the doctrine of Christ cannot have the Father and the Son and we are not to receive them OR we will partake in their evil deeds. (2Jn 1:9-11) These do not have the Father and the Son, so they cannot love others because they are not walking in the truth which can love. (1:5-3)

The doctrine of Christ has us lay the foundation of repentance from our dead works for true faith towards God first, so that we might be permitted by God to go on to (Christian) perfection (Heb 6:1-3); without which we will believe in Jesus while practicing evil deeds, as the condemned because we have not learned that we need God to work His truth into us so that it’s light would come out of us (Jn 3:16, 19 & 21); which light is the loving walk of light, in all goodness, righteousness, and the truth. (Eph 5:8-9&2) Perfection is the ability to love. (Col 3:14) It’s all about God’s workmanship in us so that we could go on to do good works.(Eph 2:10) This is a gift from God by His grace through faith without our works, so that no one could boast. (2:8-9) We cannot be instructed until God grants repentance unto us so that we would be willing to come and learn so that we could have rest (holy understanding, see Prov 9:10) for our soul. (Jer 31:18-19 with Matt 11:28-29) Without understanding there is no conversion unto being healed. (Matt 13:15, Jn 12:40, Acts 28:27)

This is why God sends a servant of the Lord unto us (rather than us finding our own teacher) to meekly instruct us so that God might grant repentance unto the acknowledging of the truth (which is after godliness, see Titus 1:1) and be recovered from doing the devil’s will. (2Tim 2:24-26) Then we can be taught how to mortify the evil deeds of our flesh so that we can “put on” the new man which is renewed in this knowledge as the elect of God which is holy, merciful, kind, longsuffering, forbearing and loving, which is (Christian) perfection. (Col 3:5-9, 3:10-14) These have the peace of God ruling in their hearts with an attitude of gratitude because the word of God is richly dwelling within them,(because they are studying it) and they are able to teach and admonish others with this grace (3:15-16) because they asked God to help them cleanse themselves from all filthiness of their flesh (body) and spirit (thoughts) so that they could perfect holiness in the fear of God (which hates evil and pride and every false way to come unto God see Prov 8:13) (2 Cor 7:1) These were made sorry after a godly manner. (7:9) This godly sorrow works repentance unto salvation which accompany these fruits: a) a carefulness to sin and a b) clearing of ourselves of sin then comes an c) indignation against sin and a d) fear to sin and a e) zealousness to take revenge against sin. You are clear in the matter of repentance if you have the proof of these fruits within you, and coming out of you. (7:11)

In order to enter into the rest we need to labor in the word because it discerns the thoughts and intents of our heart so that we can come to the throne of grace and ask God to have mercy upon us and help us do what He wants us to do. (Heb 4:11-12,& 16 with Matt 11:28-29) God is not calling us to labor for our daily food which perishes, but for the food which endures unto eternal life. (Jn 6:27) The Spirit gives life. The words of Jesus are spirit, and they give us life. (6:63) God has winked at people’s ignorance about these things, but now is commanding all men to repent, turn to God, and perform the deeds that are worthy of repentance. (Acts 17:30, 26:20) We need to obtain help from God by asking Him to help us do these things. (26:22) Those whom God loves, He chastens and rebukes, therefore be zealous and [ask God for the gift of] repentance. (Rev 3:19) Jesus is standing at the door, if you can hear His voice (or His words) then open the door (the bible) so that you can come and eat with Him and Him with you. (3:20) We need to learn what repentance is through God’s mercy. (Matt 9:13) This is why Jesus came, to call sinners to repentance (Lk 5:32, Matt 9:13) to save them through Christ’s mercy and longsuffering, which frees us from the bondage of sin so that we could patiently wait through the Spirit, to become righteous and loving by faith. (1Tim 1:15-16, Gal 5:1,5-6 &13)

This is why Jesus says, “Don’t say that you can now see, IF your sin remains or else you will be made blind. (Jn 9:41 & 39) If you have heard the true gospel then you know that it was calling you out of darkness and into His marvelous light, so that you would not believe in Jesus under the new condemnation because you are practicing evil deeds (1Pet 2:9, Jn 12:46, Jn 3:16 & 19); Rather ask God to work His truth into you so that it’s light would come out of you. (Jn 3:21) It’s all about God’s gift to us that He will work upon us without our works so that we can walk in good deeds if we ask for this without doubting. (Eph 2:10-8, Jm 1:6-8) The (teaching of) grace enables us to deny ungodliness and lusts so that we can live righteous and godly in this present world because of God’s controlling influence over us. (Titus 2:12) I hope you have this same mind which was also in Christ Jesus? (Phil 2:5) Then you have been humbled (by God) and are able to esteem others better than yourself (2:4-3); because you were willing to become obedient unto death (like Jesus) meaning your crucifixion because of God’s love toward you. (2:8 with Gal 2:20) And you are able to live unto God and not frustrate the (teaching of) the grace of God. (Gal 2:19&21)

The Lord has been longsuffering toward us and He is not willing for His elect to perish, but that all would come to repentance which can lead to godliness (2Pet 3:9&11) so that we can go on to minister this grace through the good communication which edifies those who hear. (Eph 4:29, Rom 15:2)
