Replacing Western Civilization

Materialism will corrupt them, just like it corrupted us. Just wait a little bit, their religion will liberalize and the birth rate will come down, just give the mass media and western riches a little time to do their work.

The riches will be hoarded by war lords and religious leaders. The populace will be at their mercy.

The Dutch census bureau has the number of moslims in the Netherlands around 2030 pegged on 3 or 4 million. Current population overhere is already 16 million+ . I'd say you heard wrong.

I'd say that's not likely in a european context, what is far more likely is that decadence won't stop a large number of islamic malcontents from being vicious terorists.
The folks responsible for 9/11 were pretty much from wealthy backgrounds very familiar with the luxuries of western civilization.

 

Perhaps radical Islam is actually in its death throes--ready to destroy itself within the next twenty years.

Sigh... I'm much to paranoid for my own good at times.

In the most extreme possible future suggested by the CBS (=Dutch census bureau) the population will have shrunk to 15 million in 2030. But in that case the Moslim population will be below the 3 million mark. Also in that case the economy of Europe will have weakened to the point that there is no way that Europe can be a threat to the USA except as yet another breeding ground for terrorists. However the disappearance of most western civilisation outside North-America will cause significant if subtle problems for the US.

I suspect, he wouldn't be of much use in this case. Either a good integration of the moslim population into western decadence, or a mass conversion to a form of Christianity that favors large families (say orthodox Catholicism, or conservative Mennonite baptism) would be better.
