America should be afraid of Shariah law, and those who insist on following it should return to their own countries, the Rev. Franklin Graham told the Charlotte Observer.

The North Carolina newspaper asked Graham, son of famous evangelist Billy Graham, about criticism that he demonizes Shariah law.

“We should be afraid of Sharia law,” he told the reporter. “We should be absolutely afraid of it. No question about it, because there’s no tolerance in Sharia law. It persecutes those that do not believe in Islam.”

    But he didn’t stop there.

“And I would say to Muslims in this country, if they want to practice Shariah law, go back to where you came from, to those nations that recognize Shariah law,” Graham said. “But we have our own laws here.”

Another solution where there is no crisis.

We have our civil laws. If a Muslim breaks them, i.e. honor killings, stonings, discrimination against women, polygamy, etc. we have laws in place to deal with these unlawful crimes.

If Muslims want to observe Sharia law when it comes to food and other cultural issues, let them. But break our laws and you will be prosecuted.

It's the proverbial camel's nose in the proverbial tent.
How do you deal with a suicide bomber's murders whose death is considered a mass honor killing under Sharia?

It will become a crisis when it comes to your neighborhood.

Graham just ensured the media will be a hating him. Which is a good sign in this country. I'm glad someone isn't afraid to speak up.
