I have just seen the most unusual thing. Right at this moment (and it is snowing), there must be 50 or more robins in my yard. I have never seen robins in Connecticut in the winter.

I went online and googled "do robins migrate" and found one site that said they do, but they will stay put providing there is food.

Now, this winter seems the same as all others here, the trees are bare, we have snow cover, the temperatures have been very low. In fact, the low tonight is supposed to be 5 degrees Fahrenheit.

So, no big deal, but this is the first time I have ever seen robins in the winter here.

Snowing here, I love Robins. So gentle and friendly.

They can be befriended, they will come to you if you offer them some grub.

Just proves the robins are smarter than humans - they KNOW GW is a fact, and they're just applying that "early bird gets the worm" philosophy.

Maybe the robins are just confused. We're so cold here that I am running the furnace nearly 24/7 trying to keep warm, and this is Florida!

Don't you keep up with the news - those were the 50 robins who attended AlGores global warming conference and were convinced that Gore is correct.

We had robins in the yard on Sunday - 30 miles north of Seattle. Strange.
