Ron Reagan to Speak at Democrat Convention

    If we judge Reagan by his actions, we would have to conclude that he was conflicted about abortion.

    It is sad that we have a cadre of politicians in this country, especially the recent residents at 1600 Penn Ave, who have wavered on abortion. Not an area where we need indecisive leadership and conviction. Bush 41 was awful. Clinton / Gore were one today and another tomorrow. And Bush 43? Does anyone know, sans Partial Birth?

    You are right, TomVols. This present Bush administration has been the weakest Republican adminstration in the area of advocating the pro-life cause since the Ford adminstration in the mid-1970s.

    If you go to the official George W. Bush website you will not find any mention of the pro-life cause, not even a mention of the partial birth abortion ban. I find that extremely revealing.
