Police officer says oversalted meat made him sick; worker faces charges
    The Associated Press

    Updated: 12:58 p.m. CT Sept 9, 2007

UNION CITY, Ga. - A McDonald’s employee spent a night in jail and is facing criminal charges because a police officer’s burger was too salty, so salty that he says it made him sick.

Kendra Bull was arrested Friday, charged with misdemeanor reckless conduct and freed on $1,000 bail.

The sugar from the donuts must have covered the taste of the salt. That is why he kept eating it.
You would think he would have tasted it the first bite.

Any lawyer worth his (ready for this?) SALT, could make this cop look like the original KEYSTONE COP!

I normally am on the side of the LEO, but, assuming this is as noted, this character needs to find a good night-watchman position so's he can get a good nights sleep!

If only you could sue for tasteless advertising, then we would have a case against MacDonald's....Yet I'm guessing that they don't use the same ads in every state....

Must be something in the water down there. That is the stupidest thing I ever heard. Criminals are running the streets causing destruction and mayhem and the cop wastes hundreds or thousands of taxpayer dollars arresting someone over a salty hamburger. If I was in charge, I would fire that cop.
